After owning the 993 for a few years, it was time to go back 'old school'. I got this from a friend who had parked it in his garage
8 years prior for a running/stalling/misfiring issue he couldn't resolve. I actually almost bought this car a few years before, but ended up with
two other projects and all the while this one hadn't moved an inch. Purists beware! This was a completely stock, (well almost) all original 1972 E,
and completely assembled. Well, I had a plan, and to this day, this car was one of my all time favorite builds.
After taking it to the track a few times, I realized that it was simply too beautiful of a car to 'trash' at the track.
